How dirty is too dirty?
Honestly? There is no such thing as “too dirty” when it comes to reaching out.
Spills, crumbs, potty accidents, milk, snack explosions, and everyday kid messes happen. We are here to help, not judge. If your car seat is especially messy, we will do our best to clean and refresh it using kid-safe products and manufacturer-conscious methods.
The only time a seat may be too far gone to service is if it is expired, damaged, has unsafe structural issues, or has mold that cannot be safely and fully addressed within car seat cleaning guideline
How often should I get my car seat cleaned?
We reccomend every 3-4 months or whenever it is visibly dirty or after spills, potty accidents, vomit, illness, or other major messes
What products do you use?
We use non-toxic, kid-safe cleaning products and mild soap-and-water methods, with the exact approach depending on your specific car seat’s manufacturer instructions. Because every seat is a little different, we always aim to clean in a way that respects the care guidance for that model.
We start by removing crumbs and debris, then carefully clean the seat using manufacturer-conscious methods. In general, shell surfaces are wiped with mild soap and water, covers are cleaned according to the manual or fabric tag, harness straps are surface-cleaned rather than soaked, and buckles are typically rinsed with warm water only unless the manufacturer says otherwise. We avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, and anything that could interfere with the seat’s materials or function.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know mom life does not always go according to plan.
Kids get sick, schedules change, naps run long, and life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Late cancellations or missed pickups may be subject to a fee, since that time was reserved just for your service.
